Meet the Coaching Director
Coach Enzo — built from the ground up
I began coaching before I even went to college, working with youth players while still developing myself. That early start gave me something most coaches never get: a deep understanding of how players grow — not just how they play.
After playing professionally in Southwest Germany, I earned my UEFA B License through the German Football Federation (DFB) and dedicated the past 15 years to youth development. To date, I've trained over 500 competitive players — with many becoming standouts at their clubs, and a few progressing all the way to national team selection.
As an academy, our focus is on player-centered training. We teach the details that change behaviors and help players become more capable problem solvers on the field. Two questions inform how we design every session: what did I wish I had learned at this age and level? And would I want my own kid coached this way?
